// faq

Is PingTraceSSH Cloud available today?

Not yet. It is in active development and open to founding pilot participants. The platform preview on the site is illustrative, not a live product.

What will PingTraceSSH Cloud connect to first?

AWS network resources — VPCs, subnets, route tables, Transit Gateway, VPN, NAT and security groups. Additional vendors and clouds are roadmap items, not commitments.

What access will the platform need?

The intent is read-only access scoped to network-describe permissions. Exact scopes are being defined with pilot participants.

Do the free tools require an account?

No. The free networking tools and cheat sheets are free, fast and require no email.

Why do some downloads ask for an email?

Only higher-value engineering resources are gated so we can send updates and new releases. Cheat sheets and web tools are never gated.

What does the founding pilot cost?

Nothing. Pricing is deliberately undecided until we validate the problem, usage model and environment sizes with real teams.
